Flintbeck is a family run fully operational cattle and game farm. The Schotfeldt family have been farming here since 1952, nestled in the valley of the ancient Magaliesberg mountain you will find rolling hills, open grass fields and an abundance of natural beauty covered in acacia and wild olive trees.

Flintbeck farm is proud to form part of the world renowned Magaliesberg Biosphere and newly established Olienhout conservancy. In conjunction with our community we are constantly striving to find sustainable ways of conserving this very unique landscape.

The Schotfeldt family has a proud German heritage and still speak German on the farm. The main lodge is the original structure that was on the farm when Friedel Schotfeldt bought the farm in 1952. Built from natural materials such as clay bricks and thatch roofs this building was refurbished in 2014 to accommodate guests.

Flintbeck farm is an ideal getaway for friends and family that enjoy the open tranquility of farm life.
